SALVERA (SA 10-0054)

Salvera (SA 10-0054)
Salvera is a versatile ware variety suitable for both retail and traditional markets. It has good dry matter content and can be cooked in various ways. This variety has a beautiful overall appearance, with a stable yield and good regularity of tuber shape and size.

The strong plant means it can be grown in tough conditions (e.g. high temperatures). It therefore has good potential not only in Europe, but also in northern Africa or the Middle East. Due to its low waste percentage, Salvera is very attractive for retail packers. Salvera adds value to the whole chain – from farmer to end consumer.
