The Urschel Laboratories CC Slicer delivers precise slices, shreds, strip cuts, and granules at high capacities. It supports multiple cut styles, including flat, V, crinkle, oval, crescent, and grating options for consistent food processing results.

Urschel Model CCLL is a high-capacity industrial lattice slicer designed for continuous production of waffle and lattice potato cuts. With five cutting stations, a 32-inch chamber, and 10 HP motor, it ensures uniform slices, gentle handling, higher yield, and efficient large-scale processing.

The Urschel Laboratories CC Turntable helps processors with cutting head maintenance and various service tasks, reducing downtime while saving production time and labor.

The Urschel Laboratories VSC Segment Cutter produces segments, slabs, and rectangular strips, offering a compact alternative to large waterjet systems. It is often used for R&D by potato processors to test new cuts before full-scale production.

The Model CCL slicer produces lattice cuts of varying thickness. Both sides of the slice have crinkles, with the crinkles on each side of the slice running approximately 90° to each other. Uses involve lattice potato chips and thicker potato waffle fries.

The new Affinity® CD-L Dicer produces uniform dices in the small to intermediate size range. The CD-L combines the utility of Urschel Models CD-A and L-A, plus working design elements from the Affinity Integra® Dicer.

Tummers Cutting line Switcher is a stainless steel, industrial switcher for changing cutting blocks either automatically or manually, and without interrupting your production. They can be Operated with a front-mounted touch screen.
