The wedges are mildly seasoned and herbed to perfection, serving as the most apt and versatile alternative to fries. These can be served as a side dish, snack starter or as a part of a sharing platter.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Shelf Life 18 Months.

Cooking Instruction

Heat edible oil to about 175°C.
Add the Herbed Potato Wedges straight from the freezer to the heated oil.
Gently shake the frying basket after 45 second to ensure even cooking.
Cook the Herbed Potato Wedges till desired colour and crispiness is attained (around 3 minutes).
