Shearer's Foods is a private label and contract snack food company in North America that produces a variety of savoury snack items for retailers, food brands, and foodservice clients, including potato chips, tortilla chips, extruded snacks, popcorn, pretzels, crackers, cookies, and more.

The firm supports many of the top supermarket chains and consumer packaged goods corporations in North America by specialising in private brand production and co-manufacturing. Shearer's is a major potato processor in the potato market, producing ridged chips, regular potato chips, kettle-cooked potato chips and speciality potato treats. The firm uses contemporary production technology and large-scale manufacturing capabilities to produce tortilla chips, cheese curls, popcorn, pretzels, crackers, cookies, and other snack items in addition to potato-based goods.

Shearer's Foods began when Jack and Rosemary Shearer founded a snack food distribution company in Ohio, USA, in 1974. In 1979, the firm started producing hand-cooked potato chips. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, it expanded into continuous potato chip production and other food categories. Through organic expansion, investments in production capacity, and smart acquisitions, Shearer's transformed over time from a local maker of potato chips to one of the biggest private label snack producers in North America. Mistral Equity Partners invested in the business in 2008, Wind Point Partners acquired it in 2012, the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan acquired controlling ownership in 2015, and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) acquired it in 2024.

Major acquisitions have included Snack Alliance, Lance Private Brands, Medallion Foods, and Barrel O' Fun, expanding the company's manufacturing capabilities and private label portfolio.

Shearer's Foods, based in Massillon, Ohio, has a large industrial network throughout the United States and Canada. Shearer's operates across North America, with 16 locations in the United States and 5 additional locations in the U.S. and Canada under the Super-Pufft brand.

Production facilities are located in Ohio, Texas, Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Indiana, and Ontario, allowing the corporation to serve consumers across North America. Several factories produce potato chips and other potato-based snacks, but others specialise in cookies, crackers, popcorn, and extruded snack goods. The corporation is continuing to expand in production capacity, including the establishment of new manufacturing facilities in Ohio.
