After a rocky period in 2011 and 2012, including financial difficulties, bankruptcy protection, restructuring and a fire in the production facilities, the company now is finding its way back, with a new investor/owner, significant investments in the production facilities and a joint venture agreement with Snyder's of Hanover focused on expanding distribution.

West Virginia potato chip company Mister Bee expands sales into other states

Starting in early July, Mister Bee’s potato chips will be entering a new territory for the first time in company history. Mister Bee’s will be featured in stores throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., through Labor Day in September honoring military personnel.
