Pinguin vangt 45 miljoen euro met kapitaalverhoging

De Belgische diepvriesgroenteproducent Pinguin heeft maandag zijn kapitaalronde, die op 29 oktober van start ging, "succesvol"afgerond. Volgens financieel directeur Steven D'Haene werd er 45,49 miljoen euro opgehaald. Dat is iets minder dan het voorgestelde maximum van 45,77 euro. In het kader van de kapitaaloperatie werden 2.861.178 nieuwe aandelen aan een prijs van 15,9 euro per aandeel uitgegeven.
De kapitaalverhoging is grotendeels bestemd voor de financiering van de overname van aardappelverwerker Lutosa.
