Opening word of the event

The Dutch Consulate in Erbil organized a celebration honoring the King's birthday, attended by Mala Mustafa Masoud Barzani and Dr. Hemin Hawrami, representative of the President Barzani, Governor of Erbil, Omed Khoshnaw, and Safeen Dizayee, head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Kurdistan Regional Government, alongside representatives from various political parties, ministers, parliamentarians, officials from Kurdistan Regional Government institutions, members of civil society organizations, consuls, and delegates from foreign missions.
