Hungritos Unveiled Its New Mashed Potato Premix Range at Snackex 2026

Hungritos, the frozen food and food ingredients brand under Iscon Balaji Foods, participated at Snackex 2026, held on 17th and 18th June 2026 at FIL Expo, Lisbon. The two-day event brought together food manufacturers, processors and industry professionals from the global snack and food service sector to explore new ingredients, products and business opportunities within the industry.

Hungritos presented its participation at Stand 244, Pavilion 4, where the company showcased its Dehydrated Potato Flakes alongside the launch of its new Mashed Potato Premix range.

Dehydrated Potato Flakes

Hungritos' Dehydrated Potato Flakes are produced from potatoes and processed into a shelf-stable form suited for a range of industrial applications, including extruded snacks, coatings, fillings, instant mashed potato preparations and bakery products. The ingredient is aimed at food manufacturers and processors seeking a consistent, versatile base for snack and food production.

Mashed Potato Premix Range

Hungritos used Snackex 2026 to introduce its Mashed Potato Premix range to international markets for the first time. The range comprises seven flavours — Classic, Buttery Home Style, Butter & Herbs, Creamy Buttery Herbs, Cheddar Cheese & Sour Cream, Sour Cream & Chives, and Four Cheese Mix — developed to address a range of menu, application and consumer preference requirements across the food manufacturing and HoReCa sectors. The premix is prepared by mixing with hot water in the right proportion, offering a convenient, ready-to-use solution for kitchens and processing lines alike.

Over the course of the event, the Hungritos stand recorded sustained engagement from world leaders of pallet & snacks processing industry and industry professionals, with discussions centred on sustainability & long term business alignments.
