Wyma's Flume Destoner removes stones and clods from your produce flow to minimize damage to equipment and produce further down your processing line.

Wyma's V4 Vege-Polisher™ has many features including automated machine operation and improved access for maintenance and cleaning.

This line is designed to wash industrial potatoes. The principle is that a box is placed in the machine, which then slowly tilts the box so that a hopper or elevator is filled.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

Wyma's Mini Wet Hopper (for buffer storage) is great when you need in-line buffer storage and produce soak at the clean end of your line. It can also be used for chemical applications.

Wyma's Clean Wet Hopper receives and stores produce in water prior to packaging, eliminating the need for boxes/bins. Flumes or conveyors gently carry produce to the bunker.

Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.

Wyma’s Pumpkin Brusher uses long bristle brushes to wash soil, clods and light scale from pumpkins and squash without skin damage.

The Allround Wet hopper, previously called Jacuzzi, is used as a pre-cleaning device. The product falls in the water, where the sticky soil makes it heavier.

Wyma's V2B Vege-Polisher™ has a rotating drum made up of rows of nylon brushes. Produce enters via a large infeed chute. Two water pipes spray fresh and/or recycled water on the produce as it travels through the drum.
