Transport Belts
The Allround transport belts are designed to transport produce over long distances. There are several variations of belts. Each variation is intended for a different purpose.
Filter System
The Allround Filter system is designed to take out loose skin and dirt. Filtration is the separation of solids from the product by means of a filter belt, which retains the solids and allows the liquid to pass through.
Destoner machine
The Allround VP destoner machine is designed to remove dirt and stones. When there is a lot of dirt coming along with the produce, destoners are the ideal machines. The machine can be integrated into a washing machine for an even cleaner end result.

Creep Feed Hopper

Wyma's Screen Sizer is a modular alternative to the Lift Roller Sizer that effectively sizes round produce in a continuous process. The Screen Sizer has a rotating screen with holes at a set size that separates produce into two sizes.
Belt Inspection Table

Comitrol® Processor Model 1700
It is recommended for free-flowing dry and semi-dry applications. For the size reduction of potato flakes a Model 1700 or 3600 can be used. Use cutting heads at 3,000 rpm or microcut heads with every other blade removed at 9,000 rpm or with VFD to make a particle size of 200 to 800 microns.
