The GRIMME KT-75 is a tractor-mounted, single-row potato harvester designed for high-value crops that require gentle handling. The machine is hydraulically driven using the tractor’s hydraulic system, ensuring smooth and controlled operation.
It features a digging unit combined with a selection table that accommodates 2 to 4 operators for sorting and grading the harvested crop. The selected potatoes are directly loaded into large boxes with a capacity of up to 750 kg as standard, with alternative box systems available as optional configurations.
The harvesting unit includes a wide intake section (approximately 75 cm), equipped with two spring-loaded intake discs, haulm wheels, and a floating diablo roller, along with a forked share system for efficient lifting of the crop.
Haulm is removed effectively by a spring-loaded haulm roller positioned at the rear of the digging section. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a shaker system to enhance soil separation and ensure cleaner produce.
