Beschrijving

The function of the Potato-Forming Section is that the roller cutting and forming machine cuts the dough into oval-shaped blanks using molds. The machine is equipped with front and rear electric moving devices to remove waste dough. It is also equipped with air springs to control the lifting of the demolding rubber rollers.

The pressure parameters between the rubber roller and the roller-cutting mould are set on the touchscreen for better protection of the conveyor belt. The moulds are installed using a quick-chuck method, making them easy to replace.
