The Yield Observation Unit (YOU) is placed in the bulk batch and continuously measures the product weight. The weighing mechanism is fitted in the (removable) cover. It is easy to disassemble and fill with potatoes. The side of the basket is sealed to create the same storage conditions as for the rest of the batch.
The bottom of the YOU consists of a grille with openings to allow air to circulate around the product. Analysis of measurement data can be carried out in an online environment (website). Use of the YOU requires a subscription.
