HOFF Norske Potetindustrier, also known as HOFF SA, is a Norwegian agricultural cooperative that processes and distributes potatoes and potato-based products for grocery retail, foodservice, agriculture, and industrial markets. The company offers frozen, fresh, dry, and canned potato products, including French fries, potato mash, cooked potatoes, formed fried potato products, potato flour, potato starch, potato chips, glucose, and potato-based spirits.

HOFF is owned by around 4,000 farmers and has a long history linked to Norwegian potato production, with roots connected to Sundnes Brenneri in Inderøy, established in 1844. The company processes about one-third of Norway’s total potato production and works with growers across key potato regions.

The cooperative has production facilities in Inderøy, Gjøvik, Brumunddal, and Klepp, with its head office in Gjøvik, Norway. Its brands and product lines include HOFF, HOFF Opphøgde, HOFF Liv Laga, HOFF Potetstivelse, air fryer potato products, rösti, potato mash, seasonings, and other potato convenience foods.
