UniPatatas A/S

UniPatatas A/S is a world-wide potato trading company based in Denmark with its own production of seed and ware potatoes.

The company's major markets are countries within the EU, Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Denmark has an ideal coastal climate and a high plant health level, which ensure a production of healthy seed potatoes. Multiplication is based on TC/Tissue cultivation and production of Meristem tubers in glasshouses. This disease free multiplication forms the base approximately 1500 ha with seed potatoes at their authorized large producers, which are highly specialized with own machines and grading facilities. Together this secures optimal safety and the best quality for its customers.

UniPatatas offers the traditional varieties Cara, Desiree and Spunta and a wide range of new varieties from its partners and established plant breeders.
