The portal will be launched on the eFresh trading site, recognized as the leading B2B portal where members of the fresh and frozen industry gather online to find breaking news as well as trading opportunities from around the world. According to According to Maartje Vroemen, Portal Manager Fruit &Vegetables at eFresh, the eFresh portal opened a whole new world of global trading and B2B opportunities for international potato industry. Registered users of the new portal will be able to trade potatoes and potato products in several specialized categories, including: Seed;fresh organic potatoes;fresh specialty potatoes ( gourmet );and processed products such as french fries;chips/crisps;snacks;dehydrated products/ flakes;and starch related products.
