Ishida Europe has appointed Peter Lester as general manager of the company's Middle East office, based in Dubai.
Peter has extensive knowledge of the food industry and in-depth experience in the design and installation of a vast number of customer projects in Europe and the Middle East and Africa, ranging from single machines for small contract packers to fitting out complete factories for blue chip customers involving the installation and commissioning of multi-line weighing and packing equipment, for a wide variety of products and applications.
Peter was one of the founder members of Ishida Europe when it was first established back in 1985 and since then has held a variety of positions within the business, including project manager and key accounts manager
