Chosen from a field of 71 entries, Alsum Farms & Produce has been selected as one of twenty finalists for the award recognizing trendsetters in packaging. The top five winners will be announced this week at PMA Fresh Summit on Friday, October 23 in Atlanta.

The high graphic cardboard sleeve is made from 100% recycled paperboard and uses 35% post-consumer content to protect the potatoes from light to prevent greening when on the store shelf or in the home cooks pantry. In addition, the ready-to-serve container can be recycled.
The three new potato products with seasoning and olive oil include fresh red creamer potatoes with parmesan and garlic seasoning, fresh yellow fingerling potatoes with gourmet garlic and paprika seasoning, and fresh yellow and red fingerlings mixed with bold spices for a sizzling Fiesta flavor.
