The World Potato Congress Inc, (WPC), is an organization committed to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Sustainability Goals, the objectives of which include improving food security and nutrition for all and to find new and better ways to promote sustainable agriculture.

In addition, the "Declaration of Dublin: Fostering Potato Partnerships for Food Security," adopted by the World Potato Congress Inc., helps set the stage for initiatives to enhance collaboration and advance the global potato industry.

The Declaration seeks to promote the linking of global partners together to share knowledge and success stories in the global potato industry.
