Michigan State University Extension and the MSU Center for Regenerative Agriculture present the 2026 Regenerative Agriculture Winter Webinar Series, a free six-session virtual program designed to support farmers, landowners, conservation partners, and agricultural professionals across Michigan.

The webinar series will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from February 10 to February 26, 2026, with sessions held 6:00–7:00 p.m. (ET).

This expert-led series explores practical and innovative regenerative agriculture strategies that strengthen soil health, protect water quality, and build resilient farm systems. Participants will gain actionable insights, practical tools, and real-world strategies applicable across a wide range of agricultural operations.

  • Feb. 10- Grazing in Cropping Systems: integrating livestock to improve soil health and reduce input costs
  • Feb. 12- Residue Risks and Rewards: examining how crop residue affects soil conditions and seed environments
  • Feb. 17- Cover Crops in Perennials: increasing biodiversity in orchards and vineyards
  • Feb. 19- Lake Associations and Farmer Partnerships: collaborative approaches to protecting water quality
  • Feb. 24- Strategic Tillage & the Gray of “No-Till”: balancing soil disturbance with long-term soil health
  • Feb. 26- Growing Native Plant Seeds: diversifying farm income while supporting ecosystem services

Registration for the webinar series is free and remains open until 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 25. Participants will have opportunities to interact with MSU specialists and gain actionable insights for applying regenerative principles within their own operations.
