Wyma's Evenflow Hopper is a combination conveyor and hopper. It evenly supplies produce to the next piece of equipment in your line (in a continuous process). It converts an irregular infeed supply to a constant outfeed flow.

The Metering Hopper is a rugged and reliable system designed to meter crated produce, such as potatoes and vegetables, into a consistent flow for downstream processing.

Conveyor system create an oscillating movement that causes the friction of the product on the tray to clean the product and aroma residues on the tray. Avoids product breakage and facilitates cleaning by having a smooth surface with no hidden corners.

Buffers allow to absorb the excess product flow and to dose it back to the line according to the
needs.

The last step in the flaking process is to mill the product to obtain its final properties. The machine is designed for high throughput and is extremely flexible, milling potato flakes into sizes ranging from 1/16th of an inch to 3/4th of an inch.

Wyma Web Conveyor & Elevator belts are made with rubber-coated steel bars. Gaps between the bars allow debris or water to fall through the belt, separating it from produce flow.

Wyma's Mini Wet Hopper (for buffer storage) is great when you need in-line buffer storage and produce soak at the clean end of your line. It can also be used for chemical applications.

Wyma's Creep Feed Hopper receives, stores, and conveys dirty produce that has a high level of dirt and clods. Wyma's Creep Feed Hopper is a dry hopper. It receives wet or dry produce with a high level of dirt and clods, allows for fast unloading and changeover time without starving your line of produce, and provides produce buffering.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

VIBRA-WEIGH is a high-efficiency vibratory weighing conveyor that controls seasoning application with precision. Used alongside a flavour drum, scarf feeder and applicator, it delivers accurate results with tight consistency. Robust, hygienic, easy to clean, and low maintenance.

Wyma’s Gooseneck Bin Filler gently fills bins with minimal produce drop. The gooseneck outfeed means the distance between the end of the elevator and the bottom of the bin is minimal to avoid produce damage.

The Allround​ Cabin inspection is used for manual sorting of the waste between the products. It allows you to pick out the rotten products and other waste, which can be disposed of onto the waste belt between the two belts.

Optimize product flow regulations and homogenize the flow rate, using accumulation hoppers as required.
