The tna roflo® VMBS 3 is a compact vibratory motion blending system that accurately measures individual ingredients to ensure every recipe is a success.

A motion chip sizer with a difference – the tna roflo® VMCS 3 uses vibratory motion, alongside a unique chip-sizing pan to separate potato and other root vegetable, as well as fruit chips, into a variety of sizes.

Wyma’s Gooseneck Bin Filler gently fills bins with minimal produce drop. The gooseneck outfeed means the distance between the end of the elevator and the bottom of the bin is minimal to avoid produce damage.

Wyma Web Conveyor & Elevator belts are made with rubber-coated steel bars. Gaps between the bars allow debris or water to fall through the belt, separating it from produce flow.

Wyma’s Bin & Bag Tipper gently unloads produce from heavy bins or bags (up to 2t), with quick bin/bag changeover, controlled tipping, and sensor automation. Compact, safe, and efficient—ideal for modern packhouse operations.

Wyma's Clean Wet Hopper receives and stores produce in water prior to packaging, eliminating the need for boxes/bins. Flumes or conveyors gently carry produce to the bunker.

The Tummers Peeling Line Delta Roller Spreader has specially been developed for gentle transport to a wider product flow. This machine is commonly used to feed potatoes from the outfeed of a screw conveyor to a wide sorter, but is suitable for a wide variety of food products.

The Truck Dumping System, enhanced with a Grade-Level Hydraulic Lift System, offers a cutting-edge solution for unloading bulk materials from long trailers in processing and storage operations. This modification integrates the hydraulic lift's ability to tilt 70-foot-long trailers to a 45° angle, streamlining operations and reducing both labor and product handling damage.

The last step in the flaking process is to mill the product to obtain its final properties. The machine is designed for high throughput and is extremely flexible, milling potato flakes into sizes ranging from 1/16th of an inch to 3/4th of an inch.

Allround box fillers are designed to fill boxes of various sizes in the most product-friendly way possible. The machines are designed in such a way that the fall height is reduced as much as possible.
