This line is designed to wash industrial potatoes. The principle is that a box is placed in the machine, which then slowly tilts the box so that a hopper or elevator is filled. This is line includes the washing machine U 500.

Shake grading line SG 60 series for table and seed potatoes

SG 120 is designed for companies that are grading potatoes and onions up to 20-25 tons/hour. The line is especially suitable for seed potatoes.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.
