Centennial Russet is a late maturing, high quality fresh market potato variety adapted to certain irrigated areas of the West. Tubers are oblong, smooth, blocky and slightly flattened with a thick, dark netted skin. Eyes are shallow and sparse on the stem end. Tuber flesh is white.  Baking and boiling quality is excellent.

Classic Russet is an early-maturing, russeted clone that produces a high percentage of U.S. No. 1 tubers. Its attractive tubers make it very suitable for use by the fresh-pack industry and could also be used as an early processor.

The Golden Variety. This award winning variety, produced by the ever popular Albert Bartlett, has a smooth oval shape, creamy skin and bright yellow flesh. Elfe has a creamy texture and is deliciously sweet and buttery tasting.This versatile spud is an excellent choice for baking, boiling and mashing. Elfe is an early maturing variety.

Teton Russet (A0008-1TE), is a cross between Blazer Russet and Classic Russet. The tubers are oblong with moderate russet, good skin and shallow eyes.
