Falcon Agrifriz serves both domestic and international markets, with a total processing capacity of about 135,000 metric tons per year that includes French fries (15 MT/hour) and specialty potato products (3.5 MT/hour). 

The company has a robust farm-to-fork strategy, collaborating with over 4,000 farmers on contract farming, seed support, and cold chain integration to assure constant quality and traceability.
