Lions Den Seed, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Mashonaland West, Zimbabwe, is a producer and seller of high-quality seed potatoes customized to the needs of the Southern African region. Since 2018, the company has partnered with Agrico, a renowned seed potato manufacturer in the Netherlands, to expand its reach to Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Mozambique.

Lions Den Seed provides a portfolio of potato cultivars that have been tried and confirmed in the Southern African climate, providing to a wide range of market needs such as fresh retail, French fry, and crisping processing. The company operates from its farm in Lions Den, near Chinhoyi, importing high-quality seed potatoes from the Netherlands and multiplying them locally to produce Zimbabwean-certified seed potatoes. Their year-round cultivation assures a steady supply of premium seed potatoes.
