Investindustrial, comprising the Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco brands, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Tummers Group and Van der Giessen, bringing together specialist companies with complementary capabilities across the potato processing value chain. 

Stackable chips like Pringles are made from potato leftovers such as small pieces and scraps. These are turned into puree, dried into flakes, milled into powder, and shaped into uniform chips, reducing waste and making production more sustainable.

After years of development, Tummers Food Processing Solutions has reached a significant milestone by fully bringing the production of cookers, coolers and blanchers in-house.

Tummers Food Processing Solutions and Callens partner to advance the E²E (Emission-to-Energy) concept, aiming for emission-free, fully automated potato processing through sustainable energy, heat integration, and smart steam management.

Tummers and PolySense partner to launch AI-powered, camera-based potato processing. Debuting on the Delta Roller Spreader, it boosts efficiency, cuts waste, and fuels Tummers Connect, the digital platform for smarter, data-driven operations.

With Lennaert van Dijk transitioning from Managing Director of Tummers Food Processing Solutions to CEO of Tummers Group, a new Business Unit Manager has now been appointed to lead Tummers Food Processing Solutions.
