After years of development, Tummers Food Processing Solutions has reached a significant milestone by fully bringing the production of cookers, coolers and blanchers in-house. This strategic move strengthens manufacturing independence and has led to the introduction of the E2E (Emission to Energy) dual-zone blancher.

By integrating production internally, the company aims to improve delivery times, enhance quality control and increase flexibility in responding to customer requirements. Over the past year, several blanching lines have been delivered to customers worldwide, with new machines now being assembled almost daily at the Hoogerheide facility.

The E2E dual-zone blancher is designed to deliver improved energy efficiency, simplified maintenance and consistent product performance. The system reflects the company’s vision of a highly automated "lights off" factory, where intelligent systems and advanced process control play a central role in optimizing operations.

The latest developments are part of the broader "Step into the Future" strategy, which continues to shape and expand the company’s machinery portfolio with a forward-looking approach.
