Now the proceedings are published of the conference "Food in Action"that was held on 29 - 30 November 2007 in Brussels. Full powerpoint presentations plus audio are available online, providing a great way to review these presentations.
The central theme of this conference is obesity and the objective is to better understand not only the barriers for behavior change, but also the initiatives that motivate healthier diet and lifestyle choices.
