The Forsfood Classic - 1000 Peeling Line is a high-capacity, durable system for peeling root vegetables with consistent quality. Its modular, hygienic design includes peeling, rinsing, waste removal, and inspection stages for efficient industrial processing.

In 2014 we helped develop a concept for Valensija.The first stage enabled receiving, soil extraction, sorting, washing, polishing, storing, weighing & packaging of potatoes, onions & beetroot. The second stage includes the processing of carrots.

In December 2015 Gillenkirch installed a new and advanced potato line in Hevel-Maon Enterprises, one of the leading organizations in Israel.

The plant is designed for the preparation, washing, polishing and sorting of ware potatoes. Both parts of the plant display first-class workmanship down to the smallest detail and are connected together in a highly efficient manner.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.
