Washing & Grading Plant
The plant is designed for the preparation, washing, polishing and sorting of ware potatoes. Both parts of the plant display first-class workmanship down to the smallest detail and are connected together in a highly efficient manner.
Potato Washing Line for Processing
This line is designed to wash industrial potatoes. The principle is that a box is placed in the machine, which then slowly tilts the box so that a hopper or elevator is filled. This is line includes the washing machine U 500.

Peel Compaction System

Small line to pack potatoes
In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.
