Flikweert Vision Delivers First Series of Upgraded QualityGraders

Flikweert Vision has reached an important milestone with the delivery of the first series of upgraded QualityGraders. The first batch of six machines has left the company's production facility and is destined for a single customer, where the machines will be integrated into a modern onion sorting line.

This delivery marks an important step in the continued development of the QualityGrader. Developed for Greater Performance and Reliability

The upgraded QualityGrader combines several key innovations. These include a renewed software platform, enhanced remote service capabilities, further optimisation of sorting performance and technical improvements that increase reliability, ease of use and scalability.

Despite these advancements, the machine remains true to its core purpose: objectively, consistently and product-friendly assessing and sorting potatoes and onions. The first six machines will be installed and commissioned over the coming weeks as part of a leading onion sorting line, where they will help reduce the need for manual inspection while improving consistency, predictability and control throughout the sorting process.

The first series of upgraded Flikweert Vision QualityGraders leaves the production facility, with six advanced optical sorting machines destined for installation in a modern onion sorting line, delivering greater performance, reliability and consistent quality assessment.
