Box tippers are designed to feed processing lines or machines. The principle is that a box is placed in the machine, which then slowly tilts the box so that a hopper or elevator is filled.

The Crate Dumper is a rugged and reliable system designed to safely tilt crates of potatoes, onions, and other produce into a metering hopper. Capable of handling crates weighing up to 3,300 pounds, it features a machine-mounted hydraulic tilt system that allows forklift loading and precise control of the product discharge rate.

The Heat and Control Inspection-Trim Conveyor streamlines manual inspection, defect removal, and trimming of potatoes and other vegetables. Featuring an easy-to-clean roller system, it allows inspectors to quickly view all sides of the product, ensuring efficient trimming or discarding of unwanted material with ease.

The Metering Hopper is a rugged and reliable system designed to meter crated produce, such as potatoes and vegetables, into a consistent flow for downstream processing.

Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.

The last step in the flaking process is to mill the product to obtain its final properties. The machine is designed for high throughput and is extremely flexible, milling potato flakes into sizes ranging from 1/16th of an inch to 3/4th of an inch.
