The Heat and Control Singulating Auger Feeder improves potato slicing quality and reduces scrap and fines by feeding potatoes single-file into slicers, enabling clog-free operation and peak slicer efficiency to maximize yield and produce more saleable product.

The slicer of Idaho Steel is used to size potatoes for processing. By slicing the whole potato, blanching time and product waste are reduced.
