The DiversaCut Sprint® Dicer is a high performance dicer designed to uniformly dice, strip cut, and slice a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and meats. Efficiency and flexibility are key traits of the Sprint®.

The FAM Centris is perfect for centrifugal slicing of potato and vegetable chips. Tested and in production since 2015, the line has an ever-expanding range of blades in all shapes and sizes.

It is recommended for free-flowing dry and semi-dry applications. ​ For the size reduction of potato flakes a Model 1700 or 3600 can be used. Use cutting heads at 3,000 rpm or microcut heads with every other blade removed at 9,000 rpm or with VFD to make a particle size of 200 to 800 microns.

The Velocicut® Head may be used in conjunction with the Urschel Model VSC Cutter, or integrated into an existing watergun system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts.

The Comitrol® Processor Model 3640A High Speed (M3640A-HS) is ideal for processing tough or fibrous products in small volume to high capacity production environments.

FAM Dorphy is a lower capacity dicer designed to uniformly dice, strip-cut and slice a wide variety of potatoes. It offers food processors precision cutting along with substantial savings in production time and product waste.

FAM Centris™ 315P slicer was specially developed for the potato chips/crisps industry. It is ideal for both smaller capacity batch-type lines and continuous lines.

Like knives for crinkle fry cuts, AceCo offers crinkle wedge knives for use in a wide range of hydro-cutting systems.

The AceCo Mechanical Cutter for Crinkles is a durable, high-precision tool designed for producing crinkle-cut slices in potatoes and other vegetables. Made from stainless steel, it ensures consistent, uniform cuts ideal for crinkle-cut fries, potato chips, and other textured vegetable products. Customizable for different crinkle patterns, it operates efficiently at high speeds and requires regular maintenance.

The SureTec 240P is a high-capacity potato cutter for French fries and dices. Potatoes are aligned by an impeller and cut through a preset SureCut Unit, delivering precise cuts, long fry length, high yield, and reliable continuous operation.

FAM Volantis™ is designed for accurate transverse slicing of a wide variety of long- and oblong-shaped products. This V-belt slicer guarantees high quality cuts at medium to high volumes.
