PIP Innovations S-Blade, Automatic Defect Removal System S-Blade is a high capacity automatic defect removal system developed by PIP Innovations for the french fry industry. Deep learning detects each defect, and S-Blade removes the defect and recovers the remaing ‘good’ fry.

PIP Innovations D-Blade, Intelligent Robotic Cutting System D-Blade is an intelligent robotic cutting system developed by PIP Innovations for cutting and portioning potatoes, vegetables and fruit. Delta robots with patented multipurpose blades position every cut exactly where it is needed, using vision technology to identify size and position. With up to 4 cuts per second per robot, D-Blade combines high capacity with precise, clean and straight cuts.
