Flo-Mech's Flo-Cut® Sizer-Halver is a Potato Grading System, with a Halving Section for Oversized Tubers

Tummers Washing line Destoner/Washer unit is a stainless steel machine combination for destoning and washing potatoes and tubers that was developed for 24/7 industrial use. Optionally the machine can be set up to separate floating parts (foliage and stalks) from your product.

The Tummers Peeling Line Delta Roller Spreader has specially been developed for gentle transport to a wider product flow. This machine is commonly used to feed potatoes from the outfeed of a screw conveyor to a wide sorter, but is suitable for a wide variety of food products.

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to the square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.

The Wyma Hedgehog Top Remover removes carrot tops, loose dirt and leaves, etc from produce flow. Produce and debris are fed onto the upwardly rotating belt.

The Flo-Grade™ has been developed to be installed with our Flo-Cut™ sizer halver unit or on its own as a stand-alone potato or tuber grader. It has a tapered screw design for gentle grading and transfer of potatoes.

The Retro Grader conditions the potato shreds through drying and chilling to help ensure a formable product. Retro gradation is a process that takes place within the potato itself when it is cooled down after boiling or blanching. It changes the structure of the cells inside the potato.

Wyma's Flume Destoner removes stones and clods from your produce flow to minimize damage to equipment and produce further down your processing line.

The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.

Horizontal Debris Remover removes dirt, roots and other debris from potatoes.

Wyma's Floating Debris Remover removes unwanted buoyant debris from the Wyma Wet Hopper.

Wyma's Tank Destoner provides gentle stone and clod separation from produce prior to washing and reinspection cycles. Produce, stones and debris enter the water-filled tank, where a water jet directs the movement of produce towards the outfeed.

Wyma’s Roller Inspection Table is for manually inspecting produce. Multiple sizes are available.

Wyma's Screen Sizer is a modular alternative to the Lift Roller Sizer that effectively sizes round produce in a continuous process. The Screen Sizer has a rotating screen with holes at a set size that separates produce into two sizes.

Wyma’s Belt Inspection Conveyor is designed for manual inspection of produce.

Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.
