FPS Co-Product Fryers are designed to process a wide range of formed products such as hash browns, croquettes, cheese sticks, pizza crusts, egg rolls, jalapeno poppers, broccoli bites, and other specialty potato or vegetable items. Angled inlets and specially engineered return headers ensure optimal oil flow for efficient frying.

The downdraft oil curtain option provides a crisp top surface for formed patties, while a singulated product layer prevents overlap and inconsistency. With precise temperature and oil flow control, these robust fryers deliver consistent quality and higher processing efficiency.
