Tummers Blancher

The Tummers blancher is designed for controlled thermal treatment in potato and vegetable processing applications. The system supports consistent heat transfer and product handling to ensure uniform blanching prior to further processing steps such as cooling, cooking, drying or frying.

Available in single-zone and dual-zone configurations, the blancher can be integrated into complete processing lines or supplied as a standalone unit. The modular design allows adaptation to specific product requirements, including flakes and French fry production.

The single-zone blancher features a screw transport system to maintain steady product flow and precise residence time control. Steam injection enables accurate temperature regulation, supporting consistent product quality.

The E2E dual-zone blancher incorporates a dual-temperature and dual-water-quality configuration, allowing independent control of each zone. The system is designed to support energy efficiency through heat reuse, optimized water management and improved process stability.

The hygienic construction and accessible design facilitate cleaning and maintenance, supporting reliable operation in demanding food processing environments.
