Lily rose is a Dutch variety that has a bright red skin and a flesh of similar colour. It stores well and is good for boiling.  Red skinned, red-fleshed, firm cooking oval ware potato.

The taste, presentation and storage characteristics are very good. Therefore this variety can be supplied almost year round. The variety is also suitable for making home French fries. The oval tubers have a good fresh red color and a nice presentation.
