But this company, with its roots in the last century, is as modern as today.

At the dedication of Shearer's modern new plant in Massillon, Gov. Ted Strickland praised the company for its embracing green technology in the plant's design.

Shearer's management believes green manufacturing is the way to produce black ink on the bottom line.
