Lamb Weston has launched Frites Atelier in the United Kingdom, introducing the premium fries concept developed in collaboration with three Michelin star chef Sergio Herman to the UK foodservice sector.

Frites Atelier was created through a long-standing partnership between Lamb Weston and Sergio Herman, founder of the Frites Atelier dining concept, with the aim of elevating fries into a premium gastronomic offering. The launch targets gastro pubs, brasseries, premium steak houses and high-end hotel operators looking to combine operational efficiency with premium presentation and quality. 
 

Premium Fries Concept


The concept behind Frites Atelier was developed to redefine indulgence and demonstrate how potatoes can be transformed into a premium dining experience.

The fries are positioned around craftsmanship, authenticity and premium product quality while delivering a handmade, from-scratch appearance with a deep golden colour and strong visual appeal. Each fry combines a crisp outer shell with a soft and fluffy interior designed to deliver rich potato flavour and consistency in premium foodservice environments.

Foodservice Focus


Made from 100% potato, Frites Atelier fries are designed to maintain heat and crispness for up to 15 minutes, supporting plated foodservice applications. The product is intended for premium hospitality and restaurant operators seeking a consistent fries offering with a homemade appearance and preparation efficiency.

Preparation instructions recommend frying the product twice at 175°C for 2 minutes and 15 seconds with a short shake between cooking stages before salting and serving.
