McCain Foods India showcases AM to PM culinary concept at Aahar 2026

McCain Foods India presented an immersive culinary concept at Aahar 2026 with a premium exhibition stall themed "AM to PM – Urban Day-to-Night," designed to reflect real-world HORECA environments across different dining occasions.

The concept showcased a transition from a contemporary café-bistro setting in the morning to a vibrant pub and lounge format in the evening, demonstrating the versatility of McCain’s product portfolio across dayparts.

The stall featured a curated menu of 14 signature recipes, highlighting how McCain products can be used as versatile base ingredients for chef-driven dishes beyond the traditional fry-and-serve format.

A fully operational live kitchen, led by McCain’s in-house culinary team, provided real-time demonstrations of product applications across multiple cuisines and foodservice formats.
 

Live demonstrations and culinary innovation

A key highlight of the showcase was a live culinary session held on March 13, featuring chefs Vikas Bhasin and Nishant Choubey, who presented menu-ready dishes suited for a range of hospitality environments, from casual dining to premium formats.
 

Interactive experience and product showcase

The exhibition space also included the #MyMcCainExperience interactive zone, featuring an AR photo frame, a digital menu mapper with more than 45 recipe concepts, and a display of raw potato varieties sourced from Mehsana. These elements highlighted the link between agricultural sourcing and finished product innovation within McCain’s supply chain.
