TNA Solutions to Debut tna robag Quantum in North America at PACK EXPO International 2026

TNA Solutions will demonstrate the tna robag® Quantum for the first time in North America at PACK EXPO International 2026 (18-21 October, Chicago), previewing a new approach to packaging productivity for food manufacturers facing rising cost pressures, skilled labor shortages, and growing production complexity. 

Building on nearly 45 years of robag® innovation in VFFS packaging, this next generation has been engineered to help manufacturers increase throughput, reduce waste, and simplify operations in an increasingly demanding production environment.

Higher output per tube

Visitors to Booth N-5109 will discover how the tna robag® Quantum addresses these, by taking a different approach to high-capacity packaging. Rather than increasing output by adding more bagmakers, the platform is designed to deliver higher output per tube, helping manufacturers achieve production targets with a simpler overall line configuration. 

With speeds of up to 300 bags per minute single-tube packaging (subject to bag, film and product type), manufacturers can maintain throughput and profitability as production shifts towards smaller pack formats. The platform also supports greater capital efficiency, enabling manufacturers to increase capacity within existing facility footprints, helping defer major capital expenditure while reducing maintenance requirements, simplifying cleaning routines, minimizing product and material waste, and lowering overall operating complexity.
