Potato Chips Slicer (Heavy Duty) – PO-3 is a high-capacity machine (700–800 kg/hr) made from fully SS 304 and bronze, equipped with a 3 HP motor and variable speed drive.

The Model VSC produces a wide range of segments, slabs, or rectangular strips. Several different cutting set-ups are available including standard heads, Flo-Cut® Model 360 heads, and Velocicut® heads. Potato flake lines are a Tummers Specialty. Destoning, washing, peeling, cutting, cooking, mashing, drying, flaking, milling and packaging, all effortlessly performed.

Tummers is world market leader in potato flake lines. In a flakes line, the Drum Dryer dries the potato mash. A thin, perfectly distributed layer of mash is deposited onto the heated cylinder which evaporates excess moisture and creates a sheet of dried potato.
