Transport Belts
The Allround transport belts are designed to transport produce over long distances. There are several variations of belts. Each variation is intended for a different purpose.
Allstore
Allstore is regulating the temperature, relative humidity, and CO₂ level inside the storage building to the optimal values to maintain the product quality with minimal storage losses.
Table Potato Washing and Grading line
Potato Processing line with a washing area, shake grader. The washing area contains a Destoner when there is a lot of dirt coming along with the produce, destoners are the ideal machines.
Mobile washer PD 500
Allround Mobile washer PD 500 washing machine is designed for cleaning produce. After the produce falls into the water it floats to a rotating drum. While the produce floats, stones and dirt sink to a waste belt at the back of the machine.
quik-coat® RD 5
The tna quik-coat® RD 5 has a grooved roller that ensures a consistent application of the ingredient cross band up to 1500 mm (59”). The roller and hopper can be removed for cleaning and quick product changes.

Shake grading line SG 60 series for table and seed potatoes
Shake Grading line SG80 series
The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to their square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.
Accumulation Trays
Optimize product flow regulations and homogenize the flow rate, using accumulation hoppers as required.

The FastBack Left Right Center (LRC) is a compact double multihead weigher feed solution designed to provide a precise, consistent product stream to Ishida's patented back-to-back 218 twin weigher.
Star Wheel Frying System for Pellets
Rosenqvists Star Wheel Frying System for Pellets has 25 years of experience with the design. Their patented Star Wheel Fryer can ensure an exact frying time since each pellet falls to a separated space in the rotary fryer.
Autotrax
A patented system for an optimum drying process that turns mash into potato flakes. The Tummers Autotrax makes sure that excess mash on the application rollers of the dryer is scraped off efficiently.

Radial grader
The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.
