The machine is equipped with a unique moving wash system, where the wash frame fitted with spray nozzles moves back and forth during the wash cycle. This ensures thorough cleaning from all sides and delivers consistent washing results for large utensils, containers, and production equipment.
The washer features a distinctive three-sided lid design, allowing easy loading and unloading of heavy items while improving ergonomics for operators. An automatic lid lift opens once the wash cycle is complete, making operation easier and supporting efficient workflow in fast-paced industrial environments.
Designed with a focus on hygiene and resource efficiency, the interior structure uses smooth stainless-steel surfaces with curved and inclined designs so that water quickly flows back to the filters and pumps. This prevents dirt accumulation and helps maintain a high level of cleanliness inside the machine.
The washer also includes automatic detergent dosing and an end-rinse pump that maintains a constant 85 °C final rinse temperature, ensuring proper sanitation and compliance with strict hygiene requirements.
