The Model 9014 features a double pre-scraper system that removes most burnt residues from both sides of baking trays before they reach the cleaning brushes. This pre-cleaning stage minimizes debris entering the brush system, improving cleaning efficiency and extending the service life of the brushes.
The machine uses two sets of synthetic cleaning brushes to thoroughly clean both the top and bottom surfaces of baking trays. Finishing brushes remove residues from perforated trays, preventing hole blockages that can lead to energy loss and uneven heat distribution during baking. Stainless steel brush options are also available for more demanding applications.
Advanced Design for Hygiene and Performance
The new design of the Model 9014 includes a stainless steel tabletop, enclosed brush bearings, and improved spacing between the brushes and drive system, making it easier to clean the machine thoroughly.
