Sensitar Battering Machine is used for evenly coating French fries with slurry before frying or baking. Adopting the waterfall dipping principle, it is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and supports automatic continuous production, ensuring uniform coating. The machine can be connected to complete production lines and is safe and easy to maintain.
The battering machine is a food processing equipment used to evenly coat French fries with slurry. It is commonly used in the pre-treatment process before frying or baking French fries.
Working Principle
The battering machine adopts the waterfall dipping principle:
- The slurry pump transports slurry from the slurry tank to the spraying system
- A uniform slurry waterfall is formed across the full width of the mesh belt
- French fries are conveyed into the dipping area through a conveyor belt
- As they pass through the slurry curtain, the slurry is evenly coated on the surface due to gravity, achieving a hanging effect
Characteristics
- Material: Made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
- Quick Loading Design: Allows easy adjustment and cleaning, improving maintenance efficiency
- Pump Type Device: The slurry conveying pump has small shear force, causing minimal damage to slurry viscosity and maintaining stable performance
- Safety Protection: Equipped with reliable safety protection devices to prevent operator accidents during operation
Advantages
- Automation: Enables continuous production, saving labor and reducing production costs
- Uniform Coating: Waterfall coating ensures French fries are neatly arranged and fully coated, maintaining consistent product quality
- Production Line Integration: Can be connected with molding machines, packaging machines, frying machines, and other equipment to form a complete French fries production line
