Sensitar Continuous High Temperature Fryer is ideal for French fries production. It features multi-oil flow temperature control, 3-stage oil filtration, and 2-week continuous operation. Made with a SUS304 exchanger and automatic control, it ensures high-quality, efficient frying.
The fryer’s multi-oil flow system enables precise temperature control and uniform heat distribution, ensuring consistent frying results. The 3-stage oil filtration system maintains oil freshness throughout production, protecting product quality and extending oil service life.
Automatic oil level control and refilling support 2 weeks of continuous operation. Controlled oil flows, multizone design, and belt return outside the fryer help achieve the requested texture and color. Multiple oil outlets quickly remove fines to minimize oil degradation, and 100% of the system oil passes through a filter every minute on average.
For coated fries and other potato products, a batter and pre-frying step is added before the normal frying system. After frying, French fries pass a defatting step.
